My WHY: "To educate, motivate, and inspire others; so that the seeds of knowledge and encouragement can be planted in as many people as possible."
Graduated in August 2022 with a Masters in Business Administration and December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Management from the University of Central Missouri (UCM).

Currently working as a Career Coach for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) with previous experience in the Human Resources department.

Passionate about providing advice, support, and encouragement in this journey called life.

Some organizations I am involved with are Delta Sigma Pi (DSP), the National Society of Leadership & Success (NSLS), Kansas Association for Colleges and Employers (KACE), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
